Travis and his helper came yesterday to fix the leak in our wall. Travis was very knowledgeable and professional. They did what they could and said they would be back the next day. Travis was here today, he finished the job by himself. He did a great job. He left the work area clean. I highly recommend Travis and this company.

This card in my hand will go on the Fridge. After a week dealing with another plumber off of Angie’s list a leak occurred. All they did was substitute one leak for another. 3 days of waiting was enough. I called LCI plumbing at 9:30 this morning. 12:30 a fellow showed up. This was after 2 texts and a call saying he was on his way. 45 minutes later he was done. Beautiful job. Made sure I was happy with every step. In today’s world this is a company that you can trust and feel comfortable paying. An example of what customer service should be!!!!!

A short time ago had 2 toilets to be replaced as one was not working properly and the other found water on bathroom floor. LCI Plumbing not only responded quickly to phone call but had tech, Travis, out shortly thereafter with new toilets. We found a gasoline crack in toilet where water was on floor and Travis handled quickly and replaced. Second toilet that had issue with not working properly, found tree roots as problem. Travis pulled out roots and scheduled for a camera scope of line which thankfully came out clear. Diagnosed and found point of intrusion, treated and put in new toilet. Travis was excellent, prompt, courteous and explained everything in detail. Will definitely reach out again for any plumbing needs.

My experience with LCI plumbing was amazing I called in the morning, a tech was there in the afternoon, Travis C researched found my water leak in the cement floor in the bedroom, gave me an estimate came back fixed my leak in a couple hrs. I was very impressed with is knowledge and expertise.
